My dog is like mentally retarded. she likes to run around, and when my aunt came, she got all freaked out and ran around in the road and my other dog followed her and i live on the busiest street in my town.my old dog that followed is asleep and the crazy puppy is in her crate. She is a bad dog and is retarded.
